Pathfide — Refund Policy

At Pathfide Design Studio, we aim to provide a fair, transparent, and creative partnership experience for every client.

1. Deposits

All project deposits are non-refundable once design or development work has started. Deposits reserve your project slot and cover initial planning and design time.

2. Project Cancellations

If a project is canceled mid-process by the client:

  • Work completed to date will be billed accordingly.

  • Remaining deliverables may be withheld until payment is received.

  • No refunds will be issued for completed or in-progress work.

If Pathfide cancels a project due to unforeseen circumstances, a pro-rated refund may be issued based on completed work.

3. Digital Products

Digital deliverables such as design files, templates, or downloads are non-refundable once delivered due to their digital nature.

4. Client Satisfaction

We strive for every project to meet or exceed expectations. Reasonable revisions will be made according to the agreed project scope. For issues, please contact hello@pathfide.com so we can resolve them promptly.

5. Payment Disputes

Chargebacks or payment disputes should only be filed after attempting direct communication with Pathfide. Unresolved issues will be handled in good faith between both parties.
